NOTE:
1. ALL CARTONS MUST SHOW OUR RMA #, THE DATE OF MANUFACTURE AND SERIAL #. IF NOT CARTONS WILL BE REFUSED. MUST USE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIAL AND CARTON. IF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE PLEASE USE SUFFICIENT PACKAGING MATERIALS. IF RECEIVED DAMAGED CUSTOMER MUST FILE A DAMAGE CLAIM WITH THEIR SHIPPING CARRIER. SHIPPING DAMAGES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. ALL ACCESSORIES ARE TO BE INCLUDED WITH LCD MONITORS. NO ACCESSORIES ARE TO BE INCLUDED WITH CRT MONITORS.
2. REASON FOR REQUEST MUST BE INDICATED ABOVE. PROVIEW TECHNOLOGY, INC. CHARGES A $35 (PER UNIT) TESTING FEE FOR MONITORS RETURNED TO US FOR REPAIR, BUT THAT DO NOT SHOW ANY PROBLEMS AFTER HAVING BEEN TESTED BY A TECHNICIAN.
3. THE REPAIR TIME IS 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS, ONCE THE MONITOR IS RECEIVED. IF NO PARTS AVAILABLE, 4 TO 8 WEEKS ORDERING FROM PROVIEW/CALIFORNIA.
4. MUST CALL FOR DELIVERY APPOINTMENT ON QUANTITIES TOTALING MORE THAN 25 PIECES.
